Wood-Rotax High Performance Exhaust system for the Yamaha Rhino®
 

High performance exhaust is designed and built in-house, utilizing a true reverse cone megaphone that increases power throughout the entire rev range, excelling in midrange and top end horsepower, with a polished Cermichrome finish for good looks and durability. Supertrapp spark arrestor available on request with no loss of horsepower in testing.

Wood-Rotax FreeFlow carburetor kit for the Yamaha Rhino®

The FreeFlow carburetor kit consists of a specially modified and jetted Mikuni TM45 flat slide smooth bore carburetor, using the factory choke cable, a new throttle cable, plus the latest K&N XStream filter with built in velocity stack.

This New manifold has a larger inside diameter and reroutes the throttle body to the left side of the engine, bypassing the stock airbox. Our system allows for much higher airflow, which in turn means more horsepower!

Displacement Reduction Kit

AMA rules have changed the displacement of the single cylinder class at the National Level from 505cc to 450.  Larger displacement Rotax engines can easily be converted for a fraction of the cost of a new 450 motocrosser converted to dirt track configuration.

Kits consist of a short stroke crankshaft, high compression piston assembly, cylinder, and balancer shaft for the lighter short stroke cranks. Two configurations are available; 89mm bore x 72mm stroke and 90mm bore x 70.4mm stroke.

Prejetted VM44 carb and dyno tuned exhaust are also available.

Most 505 cylinder heads will fit.

Note: This size bore will not work if your intake valves have been repositioned, or are larger than 37.5mm.
