If you should have trouble with this website displaying correctly please verify or change the following settings.  Please note these settings are recommended for IE5.5 or IE6 only. For other browsers, please either upgrade to IE6 or consult the help section of the particular browser you are using.  

Before proceeding verify your display settings are set to either 1024 X 768 or 800 X 600 and at least 16 bit or better color resolution.

To set up the proper font size:  

1. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click View

2. On the pull down menu select "Font Size" > "Medium"  

3. Also on the pull down menu select "Encoding" > "Western European" (Windows)

To set up the proper default font:

1. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click Tools

2. On the menu that comes up select the entry that says Internet Options

3. There will be three sections on the window that comes up. One that says Home Page, one that says Temporary Internet Files, and one that says History. On the bottom of these sections there are also 3 buttons (Colors), (Fonts) (Languages) and (Accessibility)  

4. Please select "Fonts" and set language script to "Latin based", Web page font to Verdana and Plain text font to "Courier New" 

To set up the proper background color:

1. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click Tools

2. On the menu that comes up select the entry that says Internet Options

3. There will be three sections on the window that comes up. One that says Home Page, one that says Temporary Internet Files, and one that says History. On the bottom of these sections there are also 3 buttons (Colors), (Fonts) (Languages) and (Accessibility)  

4. Please select "Colors" and check off  "Use Windows Colors" under colors and uncheck "Use Hover Color" under Links.

5. Next select "Accessibility" under  Internet Options and make sure all boxes are unchecked.

To set the page to update on every visit:

1. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click Tools

2. On the menu that comes up select the entry that says Internet Options

3. Click on the General tab and there will be three sections on the window that comes up. One that says Home Page, one that says Temporary Internet Files, and one that says History.

4. In the section that says Temporary Internet Files click the button that says Settings.

5. This will open a second window, at the top, there will be four option buttons.
Select Every visit to the page, this will make it automatically grab the page you're going to off the server.

If you would like to print any of the pages on this site:

1. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click Tools

2. On the menu that comes up select the entry that says Internet Options

3. Click on the Advanced tab,  scroll down to "Printing" and uncheck the "Print background colors and images" option box  

4. At the top of the screen, where it has "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools" etc, click File  

5. On the pull down menu select "Page setup" and a Page setup pop up should appear. 

6. Select or verify  the following settings in the text boxes:

• Page size: "Letter"
  
• Source: "Automatic"
  
• Headers and Footers: Leave Alone and use Default settings 
  
• Orientation: "Portrait"
  
• Margin (inches):
  
  • Left: ".25" or less
  • Right ".25" or less
  • Top ".25" or  less
  • Bottom ".5" or  less
